Hello!

I am a designer who by chance dropped into this field and later realized I couldn't be better suited anywhere else. I have always been a people person, I like knowing the different type of personalities and their way of looking at life. I am inquisitive about knowing their likes, dislikes, memories, what brings them joy, experiences, etc., and in doing so I get to know a person very well in a short period of time. I feel it helps me live different experiences through their stories. 
Even socially when my friends or family discuss problems with me I immediately want to give them a solution or help them in any sort of way. So what better way to use this trait than becoming a user experience designer. I see UX techniques being used all around me in our daily lives. For example, a mother understanding her child's needs and providing the care accordingly or a shopkeeper arranging products in their shop for customers to easily spot what they need. I pick up such instances and try to apply them in my line of work.
I am looking forward to making this world a better place with the help of design. Learning from personal experiences, meeting great people, and working in collaboration keep me on track and helps me grow.

Presently I am working with Paytm and enhancing my skills in collaboration with amazing designers and learning a lot about business and finance management every day.
